How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on your VertiFree order, follow these steps:

Step 1: Locate your original order confirmation email from the VertiFree seller (BuyGoods).

Step 2: Contact the official VertiFree customer service team using the contact details in that email.

Step 3: Provide your name, order number, and the reason for your request.

Step 4: The customer service team will process your refund according to the seller's policy. Most refunds are processed within five to seven business days.

Important Notes

Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days of your original purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees may not be refundable, depending on the seller's policy.

VertiFree Today cannot process refunds directly. We have no access to order or payment information. All refund requests must go through the official vendor.
